Control revisions.
Use a drawing register with dates and revisions. Align the BOQ, elevations, sections, material schedule and hardware schedule. Flag provisional quantities or unresolved details instead of letting them look final.
Define delivery responsibilities.
Identify site access, lifting, storage, installation windows, measurement responsibility, sample approvals and interface trades. Ask the bidder to state assumptions and exclusions alongside the price.
